What we collect

When you place an order or contact us through blaze-core.com we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number and billing details. When you use BlazeCore we also process the images you upload solely for the purpose of performing the requested edit, and basic technical data from your browser (IP address, browser type, referrer, time of request) so that the site loads correctly and is secure.

How we use your data

We use personal data to deliver and support BlazeCore, process payments, send transactional emails about your purchase, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to send occasional product updates. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and your consent where required.

Image processing

Images uploaded to BlazeCore are processed for the sole purpose of producing the edited result you requested. We do not use uploaded images to train models, share them with third parties, or display them anywhere on the site. Files are deleted from our processing infrastructure shortly after the edit is delivered.

Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate blaze-core.com — for example payment processors, hosting providers and email delivery. These providers act on our instructions under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and accounting records for the period required by UK tax law (currently six years). Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or two years after your last interaction, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights please contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand usage in aggregate. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
